How are students enrolled?

Students are enrolled through the Android app, which captures four photos for the student profile.

What happens if verification fails?

The verification result remains available for review in the attendance record. The team can follow its existing review workflow.

How are student consent and data handled?

Institutions must obtain informed consent before enrolling biometric data. Review the privacy notice before registering.

How long is data kept?

Face images and embeddings are deleted within 30 days of account termination. Attendance records may be retained for up to three years. See the privacy policy for details.

Which devices are supported?

The enrollment and attendance workflow currently uses the Android app and a browser dashboard.

How do I delete data?

Request deletion through your institution administrator or contact abubaker@faceattend.app.
